ToolBox 提供免费在线工具集合与网址导航，涵盖开发者工具、编解码、网络工具、AI 工具、音视频与图片处理、文档转换、图表与办公、金融计算、生活查询、文件传输、小游戏等。

除非另有说明，工具免费提供，多数在浏览器本地运行，无需注册即可使用。我们可不经事先通知增加、调整或下线功能。

03用户账户

本网站目前不强制注册。若未来提供账户功能，将另行更新条款。届时您应提供真实信息、妥善保管凭证，并对账户活动负责。

04用户行为规范

您须遵守适用法律法规，不得利用本站从事：

  1. 发布或处理违法违规内容；
  2. 利用 HTTP / WS 等工具进行未授权访问、扫描、攻击或渗透（除非获目标方书面授权）；
  3. 生成恶意代码、钓鱼页面或从事损害他人利益的行为；

06用户内容

多数工具在本地处理，内容通常不上传至我们的服务器。对经服务器或第三方处理的内容（如 AI、API 工具、传输信令）：

  • 您保证对内容有合法权利且不违法；

07第三方工具与链接

部分功能依赖第三方 API、AI、CDN、分析（如 Microsoft Clarity）或 P2P 信令等，并受其条款与隐私政策约束。我们不对第三方的可用性、准确性或合法性作保证。

网址导航中的外链仅为便利提供，不构成推荐或担保。

08免责声明

11赔偿

12适用法律与争议解决

本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突规范）。争议应先友好协商；协商不成，可向本网站运营方所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the mhouse.top operator (“we”, “us”, the “Website”) regarding ToolBox online utilities and the web directory.

By accessing https://mhouse.top/ and its tools or services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an entity, you warrant you have authority to bind that entity.

Minors should review these Terms with a guardian and obtain consent before use.

02Description of Service

ToolBox provides free online utilities and a web directory, including developer tools, codecs, network tools, AI tools, media/document tools, charts & office utilities, calculators, life/query tools, file transfer, games, and more.

Unless stated otherwise, tools are free, mostly run locally in the browser, and do not require registration. We may add, change, or remove features without prior notice.

03User Accounts

Registration is not required today. If accounts are introduced later, terms will be updated. You will then provide accurate information, safeguard credentials, and remain responsible for account activity.

04User Conduct

You must comply with applicable law and must not:

  1. Publish or process illegal content;
  2. Use HTTP/WS or similar tools for unauthorized access, scanning, attacks, or pentests without written authorization;
  3. Generate malware, phishing pages, or harm others;
  4. Infringe IP, privacy, or other rights;
  5. Abuse the site with high-frequency automation;
  6. Illegally collect personal or non-public data;
  7. Impersonate others or otherwise violate law.
Notice: Network tools are for lawful development and lookup only. You are solely responsible for illegal use.

05Intellectual Property

5.1 Website

Site design, code, UI, text, marks, and tool logic (except open-source/third-party parts) belong to the operator and are protected by law. No copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering without written permission.

5.2 Open source

Some features rely on open-source projects under their licenses.

5.3 Results

Outputs from processing your own content remain yours or the original rights holder’s; we claim no ownership.

06User Content

Most tools process data locally. For content processed via servers or third parties (AI, APIs, signaling):

  • You retain your rights;
  • You grant a limited license needed to provide the service;
  • You warrant lawful rights to the content;
  • We do not actively monitor content but may act on reports of illegal material.

07Third-Party Tools & Links

Some features depend on third-party APIs, AI, CDN, analytics (e.g. Microsoft Clarity), or P2P signaling, governed by their own terms. We do not warrant third-party availability, accuracy, or legality.

08Disclaimers

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed fees you paid us for the service (currently zero for free use).

10Modifications & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate services, add or remove tools, restrict violators, or interrupt service for maintenance, without liability for resulting loss.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict rules). Disputes should first be resolved amicably; otherwise either party may sue in a court with jurisdiction at the operator’s location.

Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

13Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the Website.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement. If Chinese and English conflict, the Chinese version prevails.
