用途说明
番茄工作法计时器：按「专注 → 短休息 → 每满若干番茄进入长休息」循环计时。可自定义专注/短休/长休时长与长休间隔，支持自动进入下一阶段、结束提示音与桌面通知。提供今日/累计番茄与专注分钟统计，并可关联本轮待办。全部数据保存在浏览器本地，刷新后可恢复进行中的倒计时。
使用步骤
- 选择「专注 / 短休息 / 长休息」，或用 5 / 15 / 25 / 45 分钟预设。
- 点击「开始」计时；需要时可暂停、跳过或停止。
- 在右侧调整并保存时长与选项，添加待办并选中，完成后的番茄会计入该任务。
常见问题
会上传数据吗？
不会。计时进度、统计与待办均保存在本机 localStorage。
关掉或刷新页面怎么办？
重新打开本工具可恢复未结束的倒计时。
听不到提示音？
部分浏览器需先点击页面后才允许发声；也可在设置中关闭提示音。

What it is for
Pomodoro Technique timer: cycle through focus → short break → long break every N tomatoes. Customize durations and long-break interval; optional auto-advance, chime, and desktop notifications. Track today’s and all-time tomatoes/focus minutes, and optionally link session tasks. Everything stays in localStorage; a running countdown can resume after refresh.
How to use
- Pick Focus / Short / Long, or use the 5 / 15 / 25 / 45 presets.
- Start the timer; pause, skip, or stop anytime.
- Save duration settings on the right, add a task and select it so completed tomatoes are attributed.
FAQ
Is data uploaded?
No. Timer state, stats, and tasks stay in localStorage.
Closed or refreshed the tab?
Reopen this tool to resume an unfinished countdown.
No chime?
Some browsers need a click before audio; you can also disable sound in settings.
Processing notes above describe whether work stays in your browser or calls third-party APIs.
